250 praticipants - took the stress out of recruitment. SurveyCircle is very practical, especially because I was able to spread the recruitment effort over a longer period of time, as I had already collected points over several weeks in advance. This took a lot of stress off me during the actual survey phase, as recruitment via SurveyCircle ran more or less in parallel and I didn't have to spend any additional time on it. In total, I recruited 250 people via SurveyCircle and recruited around 250 people elsewhere at the same time. This brought me to around 500 people within 12 days. I would not have been able to achieve this in such a short period of time otherwise. The SurveyCircle team was also easy to reach if I had any questions and always provided friendly support. My only minor criticism is that the estimated processing times for the studies were often too long, at least for me. Since I finished faster than expected, I received several warnings. However, I don't know how this could be avoided. After all, pointless clicking should be avoided. In my case, I had no choice but to work through the studies much more slowly in order to collect the points.

The system of collecting points by participating in other people's studies in order to move up your own study in the survey ranking is great because that way, you get back what you are willing to give. Also, I warmly recommend SurveyCircle for the fast, modern, and very kind customer service. No matter if we had technical problems or questions, the SurveyCircle team helped us very efficiently!

A great tool for researchers I am so grateful that SurveyCircle exists. I didn't want to rely on friends and social media for participants and SurveyCircle is awesome. It's easy to post a survey, easy to use and easy to earn points to raise your own survey. The added benefit is that completing other surveys is a great way of learning how to (or not to) put together a good survey experience.

Life saver! Survey Circle has been the best tool to share my survey and recruit participants for my doctoral research where it helped me to collect most of the responses on a very low budget. It is trustworthy, reliable, valid, easy, accurate, transparent, with a super responsive team. However, it is recommeneded that Survey Circle extend its capacity and representation in the middle east and Arab countries as I believe it will have a great impact on the academic and market researchers; it will help many students who are on a budget to overcome a serious challenge and reach the target population for their study as well as companies and business owners.

While the website might seem a bit outdated and text-heavy at first glance, it’s easy to use and serves its purpose well. You might notice that longer or denser questionnaires don’t always perform as well. Since many users are trying to earn points quickly, shorter and more engaging surveys tend to get better results. But that’s something you can work around with good design. Once you’ve earned enough points, the process becomes much more efficient and less time-consuming than trying to recruit through Facebook groups or other manual methods. SurveyCircle is also free for up to 100 participants and quite cheap afterwards for additional slots. They have helped me big time with my master thesis. Would definitely recommend!
