Helpful and supportive platform, great customer service It is a great platform for students to help fill out each other's surveys. The more surveys you fill in, the more points you get, hence when you post your own survey you will rank higher and will be more visible while others get more points too filling in yours. We used it for our startup market research and it has been very useful, we even upgraded once we reached the 100 response limit. Customer service is excellent too!

However, this is very much a supporting community and by doing some time you can earn free responses up to a certain amount. You can then pay if you wish to expand it. Through this option, the company blasts your survey on all their networks for more attention. It is very helpful fo students!

The system of collecting points by participating in other people's studies in order to move up your own study in the survey ranking is great because that way, you get back what you are willing to give. It would be great to select which country the participants should be from instead of the broad region, but other than it it was a great tool
