I've enjoyed completing other people's surveys and contributing to research through mutual support. The customer service is very good and the marketing support to raise awareness of your survey is an added bonus.

The website is well structured, simple to navigate, and the instructions are clear at every stage, which made the whole process feel straightforward rather than overwhelming. I was able to collect around 90% of my survey responses through the platform, which was incredibly helpful for my research. While the website might seem a bit outdated and text-heavy at first glance, it’s easy to use and serves its purpose well. You might notice that longer or denser questionnaires don’t always perform as well. Since many users are trying to earn points quickly, shorter and more engaging surveys tend to get better results. But that’s something you can work around with good design. Once you’ve earned enough points, the process becomes much more efficient and less time-consuming than trying to recruit through Facebook groups or other manual methods.
