Helpful and supportive platform, great customer service It is a great platform for students to help fill out each other's surveys. The more surveys you fill in, the more points you get, hence when you post your own survey you will rank higher and will be more visible while others get more points too filling in yours. We used it for our startup market research and it has been very useful, we even upgraded once we reached the 100 response limit. Customer service is excellent too!

Works perfectly as a way to procrastinate writing your thesis while still feeling productive, too. ;) The support is friendly and helpful. You might notice that longer or denser questionnaires don’t always perform as well. Since many users are trying to earn points quickly, shorter and more engaging surveys tend to get better results.
