Die Nutzung ist ziemlich einfach und fair. SurveyCircle erleichtert einem somit wirklich das lange und ständige Suchen nach Teilnehmern. Zudem ist der Support einfach nur super! Overall, I had a really good experience and found SurveyCircle very helpful. Some things to be aware of if you're thinking about using it: (1) there are things you can do that will have a significant impact on how many survey responses you get (e.g. some of the biggest ones are that you do need to take a lot of other people's surveys and get a lot of points before you start getting a lot of responses coming in, and also if your survey's too long, it's likely to get less responses); and (2) you will get some responses where people clearly answered very hastily and didn't fill it out properly (e.g. straight-lining scales in your survey), so you should probably have clear-cut criteria ready to use to exclude certain survey responses for when people have clearly just sped through it without answering it properly, which would screw up the validity of your study if you have enough of those responses in there. So what I would say is that if you're aware of some of the limitations and challenges of SurveyCircle and willing to navigate those, it is worth using for many types of survey and can be a very useful tool. Just go in with your eyes wide open and try to use a strategy to get the most out of it. Also, please, please, please, when you're answering other people's surveys to get points so your survey can get more responses, take the time to do it properly. DON'T just rush through it and not answer properly. Answer it how you'd want people to answer yours. I was saddened by how common it is for people to just rush through the survey in like 2 minutes and not even answer things properly (e.g. straight-lining and stuff like that). Don't be one of those people. If everyone did it like that, the platform would have no usefulness whatsoever. So just answer people's surveys properly.

It operates on a reciprocal model at the moment - you do other people's surveys to get points and vice versa. Those points can move your survey up (so more people see it and people get more points doing your survey). Super easy to use interface. Great customer support. Life saver! Survey Circle has been the best tool to share my survey and recruit participants for my doctoral research where it helped me to collect most of the responses on a very low budget. It is trustworthy, reliable, valid, easy, accurate, transparent, with a super responsive team. However, it is recommeneded that Survey Circle extend its capacity and representation in the middle east and Arab countries as I believe it will have a great impact on the academic and market researchers; it will help many students who are on a budget to overcome a serious challenge and reach the target population for their study as well as companies and business owners.

This website was really helpful to find people for my target audience. I'll admit I had to do many surveys to get to the top (about 100 of them), but this system worked better in my opinion that the "karma" system on SurveySwap, where you constantly had to complete surveys to gain points, which were then taken from you. At least on SurveyCircle I kept the points I earned. Within a week I got 100 participants, I'll clean my data soon and see how many are usable. I noticed some of them were not filled in properly, but customer service was very helpful and quick in replacing the slots I had left.

Works perfectly as a way to procrastinate writing your thesis while still feeling productive, too. ;) The support is friendly and helpful. A great tool for researchers I am so grateful that SurveyCircle exists. I didn't want to rely on friends and social media for participants and SurveyCircle is awesome. It's easy to post a survey, easy to use and easy to earn points to raise your own survey. The added benefit is that completing other surveys is a great way of learning how to (or not to) put together a good survey experience.
