Overall a great platform! It helped me a lot to find participants for my survey. The customer support is pleasant and I think you get great support. However, the platform is sometimes slow. This could still be improved. But basically I was very satisfied to use it.
Legitimate Honestly, really helpful and gave many options to have a greater outreach. To get the necessary respondents, it did take a while, for me personally I filled out around 90 surveys.

SurveyCircle is also free for up to 100 participants and quite cheap afterwards for additional slots. They have helped me big time with my master thesis. Would definitely recommend!

Helpful and supportive platform, great customer service It is a great platform for students to help fill out each other's surveys. The more surveys you fill in, the more points you get, hence when you post your own survey you will rank higher and will be more visible while others get more points too filling in yours. We used it for our startup market research and it has been very useful, we even upgraded once we reached the 100 response limit. Customer service is excellent too!

I used this platform for my master's thesis and can highly recommend it. The principle of how to attract participants while supporting other researchers is fair and easy to understand. A great tool for researchers I am so grateful that SurveyCircle exists. I didn't want to rely on friends and social media for participants and SurveyCircle is awesome. It's easy to post a survey, easy to use and easy to earn points to raise your own survey. The added benefit is that completing other surveys is a great way of learning how to (or not to) put together a good survey experience.

While the website might seem a bit outdated and text-heavy at first glance, it’s easy to use and serves its purpose well. You might notice that longer or denser questionnaires don’t always perform as well. Since many users are trying to earn points quickly, shorter and more engaging surveys tend to get better results. But that’s something you can work around with good design. Once you’ve earned enough points, the process becomes much more efficient and less time-consuming than trying to recruit through Facebook groups or other manual methods. Okay, it takes hours and days to collect enough points to get to the top of the rankings. But I learned a lot about how other students design surveys and I would say that I was able to improve my own surveys considerably. And I also gained interesting insights into other topics and research. I got enough participants for my own two surveys that I would definitely use it again. For me, the most transparent and fair platform for sharing surveys. And great support when I had questions. Thanks SurveyCircle!
