It is trustworthy, reliable, valid, easy, accurate, transparent, with a super responsive team. But I learned a lot about how other students design surveys and I would say that I was able to improve my own surveys considerably. And I also gained interesting insights into other topics and research. I got enough participants for my own two surveys that I would definitely use it again.
