Overall a great platform! It helped me a lot to find participants for my survey. The customer support is pleasant and I think you get great support. However, the platform is sometimes slow. This could still be improved. But basically I was very satisfied to use it.

Die Nutzung ist ziemlich einfach und fair. SurveyCircle erleichtert einem somit wirklich das lange und ständige Suchen nach Teilnehmern. Zudem ist der Support einfach nur super! SurveyCircle is a very helpful platform to recruit participants for your online surveys. The system of collecting points by participating in other people's studies in order to move up your own study in the survey ranking is great because that way, you get back what you are willing to give. Also, I warmly recommend SurveyCircle for the fast, modern, and very kind customer service. No matter if we had technical problems or questions, the SurveyCircle team helped us very efficiently!

Super practical platform for surveys! SurveyCircle enabled me to reach the number of participants I needed for my survey. It is very easy to use and helpful. What particularly impressed me was the support! I was able to reach someone on the phone every time and all my questions were answered in detail and very helpfully. You can really tell that there are people behind it who put their heart into working on this platform for the students. Always happy to come back!

A great tool for researchers I am so grateful that SurveyCircle exists. I didn't want to rely on friends and social media for participants and SurveyCircle is awesome. It's easy to post a survey, easy to use and easy to earn points to raise your own survey. The added benefit is that completing other surveys is a great way of learning how to (or not to) put together a good survey experience.

I was able to collect around 90% of my survey responses through the platform, which was incredibly helpful for my research.
