So grateful for SurveyCircle! I could never have collected so many survey responses without SurveyCircle. Nearly all responses were thoughtful and thorough, with less than 10 (out of 200) deemed invalid due to careless responding. And SurveyCircle readily reimbursed me for those duds! Additionally, customer service was professional, friendly, and fast.

Helpful and supportive platform, great customer service It is a great platform for students to help fill out each other's surveys. The more surveys you fill in, the more points you get, hence when you post your own survey you will rank higher and will be more visible while others get more points too filling in yours. We used it for our startup market research and it has been very useful, we even upgraded once we reached the 100 response limit. Customer service is excellent too!

SurveyCircle is a fantastic tool for students and researchers looking to gather survey respondents without relying on a large personal network or expensive panels. While the website might seem a bit outdated and text-heavy at first glance, it’s easy to use and serves its purpose well. You might notice that longer or denser questionnaires don’t always perform as well. Since many users are trying to earn points quickly, shorter and more engaging surveys tend to get better results. But that’s something you can work around with good design. Once you’ve earned enough points, the process becomes much more efficient and less time-consuming than trying to recruit through Facebook groups or other manual methods. Best of all, the team behind SurveyCircle is incredibly supportive, and responsive. This website was really helpful to find people for my target audience. I'll admit I had to do many surveys to get to the top (about 100 of them), but this system worked better in my opinion that the "karma" system on SurveySwap, where you constantly had to complete surveys to gain points, which were then taken from you. At least on SurveyCircle I kept the points I earned. Within a week I got 100 participants, I'll clean my data soon and see how many are usable. I noticed some of them were not filled in properly, but customer service was very helpful and quick in replacing the slots I had left.
It was super helpful to get meaningful responses. If there are any issues, the team will respond right away. I would recommend it!

Great website and great customer support! Surveycircle does everything it promises and is really easy to use. On top of that whenever I had a question or ran into an issue their customer support not only solved the problem immediately but were also incredibly nice and polite! I recommend Surveycircle 100%!

250 praticipants - took the stress out of recruitment. SurveyCircle is very practical, especially because I was able to spread the recruitment effort over a longer period of time, as I had already collected points over several weeks in advance. This took a lot of stress off me during the actual survey phase, as recruitment via SurveyCircle ran more or less in parallel and I didn't have to spend any additional time on it. In total, I recruited 250 people via SurveyCircle and recruited around 250 people elsewhere at the same time. This brought me to around 500 people within 12 days. I would not have been able to achieve this in such a short period of time otherwise. The SurveyCircle team was also easy to reach if I had any questions and always provided friendly support. My only minor criticism is that the estimated processing times for the studies were often too long, at least for me. Since I finished faster than expected, I received several warnings. However, I don't know how this could be avoided. After all, pointless clicking should be avoided. In my case, I had no choice but to work through the studies much more slowly in order to collect the points.
