The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that direct emails tend to take a while to get a response, however contact through the website itself is fast.

Legitimate Honestly, really helpful and gave many options to have a greater outreach. To get the necessary respondents, it did take a while, for me personally I filled out around 90 surveys.
