Safety measures are also set in place to ensure quality responses. Highly recommended. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that direct emails tend to take a while to get a response, however contact through the website itself is fast.

You might notice that longer or denser questionnaires don’t always perform as well. Since many users are trying to earn points quickly, shorter and more engaging surveys tend to get better results. But that’s something you can work around with good design. Once you’ve earned enough points, the process becomes much more efficient and less time-consuming than trying to recruit through Facebook groups or other manual methods. This website was really helpful to find people for my target audience. I'll admit I had to do many surveys to get to the top (about 100 of them), but this system worked better in my opinion that the "karma" system on SurveySwap, where you constantly had to complete surveys to gain points, which were then taken from you. At least on SurveyCircle I kept the points I earned. Within a week I got 100 participants, I'll clean my data soon and see how many are usable. I noticed some of them were not filled in properly, but customer service was very helpful and quick in replacing the slots I had left.

Helpful and supportive platform, great customer service It is a great platform for students to help fill out each other's surveys. The more surveys you fill in, the more points you get, hence when you post your own survey you will rank higher and will be more visible while others get more points too filling in yours. We used it for our startup market research and it has been very useful, we even upgraded once we reached the 100 response limit. Customer service is excellent too!
