SurveyCircle is a very helpful platform to recruit participants for your online surveys. The system of collecting points by participating in other people's studies in order to move up your own study in the survey ranking is great because that way, you get back what you are willing to give. Also, I warmly recommend SurveyCircle for the fast, modern, and very kind customer service. No matter if we had technical problems or questions, the SurveyCircle team helped us very efficiently!

This website was really helpful to find people for my target audience. I'll admit I had to do many surveys to get to the top (about 100 of them), but this system worked better in my opinion that the "karma" system on SurveySwap, where you constantly had to complete surveys to gain points, which were then taken from you. At least on SurveyCircle I kept the points I earned. Within a week I got 100 participants, I'll clean my data soon and see how many are usable. I noticed some of them were not filled in properly, but customer service was very helpful and quick in replacing the slots I had left.

I was able to collect around 90% of my survey responses through the platform, which was incredibly helpful for my research. Okay, it takes hours and days to collect enough points to get to the top of the rankings. But I learned a lot about how other students design surveys and I would say that I was able to improve my own surveys considerably. And I also gained interesting insights into other topics and research. I got enough participants for my own two surveys that I would definitely use it again. What particularly impressed me was the support! I was able to reach someone on the phone every time and all my questions were answered in detail and very helpfully. You can really tell that there are people behind it who put their heart into working on this platform for the students. Always happy to come back!
