If you purchase a participant upgrade and receive unusable datasets, you can contact the support team and they will increase your participant limit by the number of unusable datasets. Very great!

The website is well structured, simple to navigate, and the instructions are clear at every stage, which made the whole process feel straightforward rather than overwhelming. I was able to collect around 90% of my survey responses through the platform, which was incredibly helpful for my research. Works perfectly as a way to procrastinate writing your thesis while still feeling productive, too. ;) The support is friendly and helpful. I gained 100 participants for free for my Bachelor and Master Thesis combined. 100% recommend to give it a try.
